    For a seafood market it's unbelievable- I wish we had a giant cooler!  But the crab cakes were amazing and their advertisement of 98% crabmeat was no exaggeration at all.  Delicious!  And the fried green tomato with the light cornmeal crust was spot to n (although they were not local tomatoes yet since its still pretty early) and the fried jump shrimp were perfectly cooked (not over cooked /dry but moist and plump).  The key lime pie was too gelatin-ish for me but for the area and not being close the seafood was super fresh.  Although we didn't get any this trip I can recommend his oysters too!  A must stop on your trip to the Tri-Cities area.

    I ate here on Oct 3rd while on a business trip.

    What a wonderful find and just good ole home seafood cooking. I don't know why some of the reviews are so negative other than they are just uneducated on eating at a fish market with a restaurant in it. They should go to Captain D's or Red Lobster, not a real seafood place like Greene's.

    The Good: I love this place! Oyster stew is amazing; buffalo oysters are outstanding. Huge variety of fresh seafood.

    Tips: check out the chalkboard on the left when you enter for the long Liz of daily specials.

    I roll in every time I am traveling through the area!

    Doesn't matter what your friends or family say about this place, save yourself the trouble. They don't clean their shrimp, crab, clams, or soft shells properly and above the food; I got charged $3 because my boyfriend gave me ONE of his popcorn shrimps to TRY. How is that any of their business? Called us "assholes" when we tried to speak with them about the free.

    Rude people, dirty business, not a good experience for our first time being in Tennessee.

    My hubby and I went today to pick up some fresh seafood.  We asked about King crab legs, Jeff-- the man behind the fish counter--let us choose our own based on our price range.  We also got scallops and extra jumbo shrimp. Hubby says it was the best scallops he's ever had and The crab was perfect after I made a seafood boil with all the yummy spices.  We came in with lots of questions and we got tons of answers, Jeff even gave us a deal on our seafood and we left happy and he got a tip.  Friendly and wonderful/ knowledgeable people there if you come in with a respectful attitude for what they're trying to do in Bristol.  Awesome place, and my new go-to for amazingly fresh seafood.
